Zuleima serves as part of Baldwin House Coop, creating affordable housing for DC residents and
strengthening the local cooperative network. She also supports Ward 1 Mutual through administrative roles, interpretation and project leaders support.

She is committed to working class and poor communities and to liberation. In the spaces she occupies, Zuleima works to share her perspective on the importance of language justice while growing her passion for the well being of DC’s immigrant communities.
